By creating an account or using ReefLogix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

ReefLogix is a tool for saltwater aquarium keepers to log water tests, track maintenance, manage livestock records, and view trends. We provide the app on an "as is" basis and may change or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Billing → Delete account.

You agree not to:

• Use ReefLogix for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app or its systems.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights.
• Use the app to store data unrelated to aquarium keeping.

ReefLogix Pro is a paid subscription at £3.99 per month, billed via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled at our discretion in line with UK consumer law. If you have an issue with a payment, contact us at support@reeflogix.co.uk.

The ReefLogix AI Analysis feature sends your tank data to an AI language model to generate insights. AI output is advisory only and may be inaccurate. Always verify water parameters with your own testing before making decisions about your aquarium. We are not liable for any harm to livestock resulting from reliance on AI output.

ReefLogix and its design, branding, and software are owned by ReefLogix. You retain ownership of the data and photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to store and display it solely to provide the service to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReefLogix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. ReefLogix is a record-keeping tool and does not constitute veterinary or professional aquarium advice. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your data will be erased as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
